Laconia Clinic’s main office, including the Ambulatory Surgery Center is located at 724 Main Street in downtown Laconia across from the library. All of our Pediatricians, Internists and specialists practice at this office. Our radiology, laboratory, and podiatry services are also located in the main office.
Our Physical Therapy office in Laconia is located at 745 Main Street.
Our Family Practice office in Tilton is located in Townline Plaza on Route 3

From I-93, Exit 20

Proceed North on US Rte.3 & NH Rte 11
At 6.3 miles, Rte 3 branches to the right, but continue North on Rte 11. After 1.1 miles, you will intersect with with Rte 106. This Main Street in Laconia. Turn left on Rte 106 (Main Street) and proceed .4 mile through one stop sign and one traffic light. You will cross railroad tracks, then cross New Salem Street and entrance to Laconia Clinic is immediately on your left.

From NH 106 or Rte 107 south of Laconia

Travel Rte 106 / Rte 107 to the intersection of Court Street, Union Avenue and Main Street. Proceed North on Rte 106 through Downtown Laconia .4 mile through one stop sign and one traffic light. You will cross railroad tracks, then cross New Salem Street and entrance to Laconia Clinic is immediately on your left.

From Rte 106 North of Laconia

Proceed south on Rte 106 (Parade Road) from Meredith. The first signal interesection will be at Meredith Center Road and Elm St. Proceed south on Rte 106 (now North Main Street) aproximately 2.2 miles to the second signal intersection at Oak Street. Proceed through intersection and the Clinic is .2 miles on the right.

From East of Laconia Rte 11 and Rte 11A

From the intersection of Rte 11 and Rte 11A On Union Avenue in Laconia, proceed west 100 yards and bear right at fork on Church Street. Proceed .4 miles to the intersection of North Main Street. Bear right. You will cross railroad tracks, then cross New Salem Street and entrance to Laconia Clinic is immediately on your left.

From I-93, Exit 20 proceed south on US Rte 3 & NH Rte 11 toward Tilton On Main Street. Travel 1.4mi to first signal in Tilton. Proceed through signal toward Franklin. This is known as the Laconia Road. Travel 1.6 miles. The office is located on the left in the Townline Plaza just before the Hannaford Shopping center on the South side of the road.

From Franklin and points West

From the traffic light in Downtown Franklin, travel North on US Rte 3 & NH Rte 11. Proceed 1.39 miles and the office is located on the left in the Townline Plaza just after the Hannaford Shopping center on the South side of the road.

Cross Merimack River, past Franklink High School and proceed through downtown Franklin for 1.2 miles. Take a left on Sanborn Street and another left on Aiken Drive.
